MOVO-X kiosks integrate with Medesync — TELUS Health's web-based EMR for Quebec physicians and specialists — via SMART on FHIR launch, FHIR Appointment / Patient resources, and the kiosk-side RAMQ health-card workflow.
Medesync is a 100% web-based EMR designed by a physician and acquired by TELUS Health. Native RAMQ workflow scans the patient's Quebec health card barcode at check-in and retrieves the RAMQ record. TELUS Health's broader Practice Solutions ecosystem documents FHIR eReferral APIs and SMART on FHIR contextual launch, and explicitly invites clinics and partners to build their own integrations on top.
Items marked In development are wired against TELUS's FHIR sandbox and need TELUS Health partner enrolment to talk to a live Medesync instance.

Where partner deployments expose an HL7v2 message bus, kiosk emits A04 'register patient' messages on arrival. Familiar, well-tested transport.
