Build and maintain the MOVO-X Canada platform: Next.js 16 + React 19 frontend, Supabase Postgres backend, real-time queue engine, EMR integration adapters, and the kiosk API. You care about Canadian health privacy regulations and data residency. Experience with TypeScript, Prisma, and Tailwind preferred.
Lead clinic deployments: site assessment, EMR integration configuration (Dentitek, Medesync, OSCAR, TELUS Health), staff training, and go-live support. You have experience working with Canadian healthcare clinics and understand EMR workflows, provincial billing, and PHIPA requirements. Travel to client sites across Canada required.
Own the post-deployment relationship with our Quebec and Ontario pilot clinics. Onboard new clinics, drive product adoption, handle escalations, and represent Voice of Customer to the product team. Fluency in both English and French required for this role — you will support Quebec clinics primarily in French.
