AI for Canadian healthcare — compliant, sovereign, bilingual.

MOVO-X brings AI clinical intelligence to Canadian healthcare without compromising on privacy, data sovereignty, or accessibility. All AI inference runs on Canadian-resident infrastructure with zero US data transfer. Bilingual French/English throughout.

AI triage

Patients describe their symptoms in plain English or French at the kiosk. The AI produces a structured triage summary — chief complaint, reported symptom duration, and severity score — delivered to the clinician before the patient enters the room.

Natural language symptom capture

Conversational NLP in both official languages (EN/FR). Patients type or speak their symptoms. The AI normalises responses to SNOMED CT clinical terms for structured documentation.

Severity scoring

AI assigns a 1–5 triage severity score (analogous to the Canadian Triage and Acuity Scale — CTAS) based on reported symptoms, vital signs (if captured), and patient history flags. Urgent cases surface automatically.

Wait-time prediction

Machine-learning model trained on clinic-specific historical throughput predicts per-patient wait times within ±3 minutes. Communicated to patients in real time via kiosk display and SMS/WhatsApp.

Provincial system integration

Queries RAMQ (Quebec), OHIP (Ontario), BC MSP, and other provincial registries to validate patient eligibility in real time. No manual eligibility checks by staff.

No US data transfer

All AI inference, model weights, and patient data remain in ca-central-1 (Montréal). We do not use US-hosted LLM APIs for clinical data. Zero CLOUD Act exposure.

Canadian AI sovereignty — not a marketing claim.

Many "AI healthcare" vendors process Canadian patient data through US-based API endpoints. MOVO-X does not.

Data residency

100% of patient data — intake forms, triage summaries, health card scans, audit logs — stored in AWS ca-central-1 (Montréal). No cross-border egress. Verifiable via Supabase project region configuration.

PIPEDA Article 4.1.3

We act as a third-party processor under PIPEDA Schedule 1, Principle 4 (Accountability). Your clinic remains the Data Controller. We provide a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with every Standard and Enterprise contract.

Quebec Law 25 (Bill 64)

MOVO-X implements all 22 Law 25 requirements: privacy impact assessments, data minimisation, mandatory breach notification (72h to Commission d'accès à l'information), and cross-border transfer prohibitions.

PHIPA (Ontario)

Enterprise tier includes a signed PHIPA Information Sharing Agreement (ISA) and a PHIPA attestation letter confirming compliant handling of Personal Health Information (PHI).

Integrated with Canadian provincial health systems.

MOVO-X connects to provincial registries for real-time eligibility verification — eliminating manual lookups.
